Some of our service providers operate internationally. Personal information submitted through the website may therefore be processed or accessed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

We do not currently use advertising or marketing analytics on this website.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive activity. Turnstile and other infrastructure necessary to operate and secure the website may process technical browser, device, network or security information.
If we materially change our use of cookies, analytics or similar technologies, we will update this notice and implement any additional notice or consent measures required.
Sensitive Information
Please do not submit passwords, banking information, government identification numbers, tenant records, medical information, or other sensitive personal or confidential information through the inquiry form.
Retention
We retain business-inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve follow-up matters, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Our service providers may maintain information according to their own applicable service, security, backup and legal-retention requirements.
